Paris, 7 June 2015Midem, the leading international B2B event for the music ecosystem, today announces Converse Rubber Tracks Sample Library by Cornerstone Agency (USA), Press Play to Give by Edelman Deportivo (Sweden) & Dangerous by David Guetta & G.H MUMM by My Love Affair (France/UK) are the Gold, Silver & Bronze winners of the 4th edition of the Midem Marketing Competition, chosen from a record number of submissions.

The Midem Marketing Competition is an international contest rewarding creative ideas in the advertising world that are driven by music or digital music services, as well as creative online or offline concepts which are enhanced by the use of music. The competition was opened to agencies, brands, record labels, production companies, musicians and managers who have contributed to advertising and marketing through music.

Marketing Week, the multi-platform leading marketing magazine, chose the 10 finalists from a record number of candidates this year, with more than 100 submissions, up 61% over 2014. The finalists are coming from the four corners of the globe to compete and presented their innovative concepts with teams traveling from Hong-Kong, the Netherlands, Denmark or the USA to name a few countries.

The selected finalists were invited to Midem 2015 to present their work before a jury of creative experts from across the music industry, including brand marketers and other executives. This prestigious jury evaluated each campaign and selected the three winners – Gold, Silver and Bronze.

The 2015 jury members included: Marcie Allen, President, MAC Presents (USA); Jennifer Breithaupt, ‎SVP, Head of Global Entertainment Marketing, Citi (USA); Christophe Caurret, Music Creative Director, BETC POP (France); Lars Düysen, Vice President Brand Partnership & Music Licensing GSA, Sony Music Entertainment (Germany). The competition was hosted and presented by Ruth Mortimer, Content Director, and Centaur Marketing (UK).
